Bertel Martin is director of City Chameleon, a company that specialises in publising poetry and producing live literature performances.
The process includes writer development and support, creating access to print for community groups and voluntary organisations and partnership working.
Prior to setting up City Chameleon Bertel has worked as a writer, performer, arts administrator and arts project manager in literature, dance and theatre in professional, community and education environments.
