Jigsaw Cinema

Two writers came to a long-forgotten place and developed two very different stories about this specific locus. These stories were shot on location and they are going to be shown in its original setting. You are invited to this imagined world exploring the untold stories off the screen. Please dress SMART for a special visit.

‘Post - An immersive cinema event’ is the first of its kind in Bristol or even beyond. It aims to create a personalised cinematic journey for everyone. Audiences are no more seated in the fixed seats. They can walk around the film set, touch, smell, taste and freely explore the filmic world. They will not only be an audience, but also be an explorer, a storyteller, an actor and a contributor.

This is 1-hour event: 15-minute wandering around the space +15-minute film screening (two short films) + 30-minute exploring more of the untold stories (you can leave at any time you want).

This event is part of the research project conducted by an MPhil postgraduate at the University of Bristol.
