Bio:

Bristol Amateur Operatic Society (BAOS) is Bristol’s premier theatrical society, the only organisation in Bristol to have performed in three different centuries, the 19th, 20th and 21st century, an achievement we are greatly proud of. We rehearse at the Newman Hall, Horfield School and St Ursula’s School, Westbury-on-Trym, where we have a busy yearly schedule with a Senior and Junior section.

Our Senior section, age range 16 upwards, perform up to two shows a year – a Summer Show and a main production in the Spring. Our Youth Section (10 -18) perform up to two shows a year, as well as having work shops to improve their acting, singing and dancing skills. We also have a packed social calendar which keeps us busy throughout the year.
